Front Parlor Renovation Made Thanks to Generous Gift

The Trustees have completed a renovation of the Front Parlor including new floors, paint, and furniture and members are raving!  “The Parlor looks awesome!  Keep up the good work,” wrote one worshipper on their connect card.

Trustee Alison Holliday lead the work and completed the design.  “People don’t realize how much of a difference color can make in a space.”

The design includes a vinyl floor with a wood plank look that is both attractive and practical.  Three of the large, round tables are back with seating and some taller standing tables have been added.

Though the floor was installed by a contractor, the trustees and other church members completed the painting, assembled the furniture, and installed the baseboards.

This renovation was made possible thanks to a generous gift from the estate of Helen Maxfield.  If you would like information on how you can benefit the work of God through St. Paul Community United Methodist Church by including the church in your will or trust, contact Kent Cunningham
